There Are No Forms on This Site

There is no contact form, no quote form, no callback request, no newsletter signup, and no chat widget anywhere on https://houstonairpure.com. Browsing the site does not create an account, a lead record, or a profile of you. Nothing you type into your browser reaches us, because there is nothing here to type into.

Information You Give Us on the Phone

When you call (281) 845-4011, our office takes down what is needed to do the work — normally your name, a callback number, the service address, and a description of the problem. We use that information to schedule the appointment, route the crew, quote the job, and follow up about that job. We keep normal business records of completed work, including invoices, as any contractor does.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not pass it to marketing companies or lead brokers. We share it only with people who need it to complete your service — for example, the technician assigned to your address — or where the law requires it.

Calls to Our Office

Your phone carrier and ours necessarily process the call itself in order to connect it. If a call is ever recorded for quality or training, you will be told at the start of that call and may ask us not to record.
